Services
To be fully seen and heard we need to be recognised as individuals with our own needs, strengths, limitations, likes and dislikes.
Within my practice I offer a variety of therapeutic options so that therapy is accessible while recognising your needs and wants.
Some prefer individual therapy to focus solely on their personal distresses whilst some like to feel a sense of belonging within a group where they can help others alongside being helped themselves.
We each have different ideas about what is important and what type of support suits us best. If you are unsure as to what type of support might suit you best, I can help you in making this decision.

Are you a student psychotherapist looking to fulfill your training requirements?
Balancing the academic pressure of a degree with the emotional weight of clinical placement is an intense, unique journey and student support in the form of personal therapy offers a foundational space to process your parallel learning, navigate clinical placement, and build sustainable reflective practice.
As an IACP-accredited psychotherapist, Masters Degree adjunct lecturer, dissertation supervisor, and a clinical supervisor-in-training, I provide specialised, compliant support built specifically around the whole psychotherapy student experience.
Offering a safe and confidential space to explore concerns and challenges personal to you or a young person in your life.
Individual therapy is tailor made to your specific needs in addressing what has brought you to therapy.
Sessions normally last for 50 mins and can be facilitated face to face or online via zoom.
The number of sessions required is decided by you and depends on what brings you to therapy.
The relationship between a therapist and a client is an important factor of therapy and it's outcome. Speaking to a therapist prior to booking an appointment is a worthwhile exercise to gauge how comfortable you feel.
I understand that looking for a therapist can sometimes be a daunting task and I endeavour to help you feel comfortable and at ease from the first call.
Often in life we find ourselves at turning points which leave us feeling unsure, isolated or lost. Much support can be found in the company of others in similar situations, providing a safe space to share experiences, feelings and coping strategies.
The well-being programmes I offer bring together individuals with common concerns or challenges.
Some programmes are ongoing where participants can drop in.
Others are more structured with a linear structure from start to finish.
Tailor-made programmes can be facilitated for groups with specific needs.
