About Me

I work collaboratively with each client, listening attentively to understand your current concerns and past experiences and to jointly map how we can work together to help you gain a fruitful way of living. I have worked with many clients of various ages who have come to therapy to understand, safely explore and manage their mental health.

You are not alone if you are carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, loss and trauma or if you are feeling overwhelmed by the pressure of daily life or relationships. In working with clients I journey alongside you, navigating difficulties past and present, at your pace, striving towards the life which you would like to live.

 

I am passionate about the power of therapy and dedicated to the process with each individual who invites me to work with them. I believe firmly in the ability of individuals to grow and evolve.

I also facilitate support groups in the area of well-being by bringing together individuals of all ages who are dealing with isolation and loneliness, relationship issues, the arrival of a new baby, solo-parenting, self-esteem and self-development.

I understand that looking for a therapist can sometimes be a daunting  task and I endeavour to help you feel 

comfortable and at ease from the first call.
